
Q. How far in advance should I book my child’s party?
A. Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To reserve your preferred date and time, we gently recommend you call 4-6 weeks in advance. Book the date early and send friends and family a “hold the date” note.
Q. How early should I arrive before my child’s party?
A. It is best if you arrive 10 minutes early. Our Queen Ant (party event coordinator) will take care of all the set-up so you don't need to.
Q. What happens if my guests forget socks?
A. Don't worry - we've got you covered! Socks are available for purchase at the Antz Hill (reception desk).
Q. Can I bring my paper products and set them up before my child’s party?
A. Yes! With every party we provide your paper products (plates, cups napkins) and utensils free of charge. These are generic and have no theme. If you would like to bring theme decorations, such as plates, cups, napkins and table cloth, feel free to do so. Don’t worry about the set-up though, that’s what your Queen Ant (party event coordinator) is for. Make sure to let us know so we can set up the party just the way you want it.
Q. Can I bring decorations?
A. We have gone to great lengths to decorate the Antz Colony, so we ask that you bring only table decorations as nothing additional can adorn the walls. Streamers or piñatas are not permitted.
Q. When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza, balloons or loot bags?
A. Please contact us 3 days before your party to confirm your order and the final number of guests. We will ensure you have enough pizza, balloons and bags for all of your guests.
Q. What does the Queen Ant (party event coordinator) do?
A. The Queen Ant (party event coordinator) helps you set up the party, assists with the food and gifts and does the clean up! However, it is the person who books the party that is responsible for the safety and supervision of the child and guests at all times. Antz In Your Pantz is not responsible for any injury or for any lost items. Parents please keep an eye on little ones.
Q. Will my party be the only party happening?
A. Depending on bookings there may be another party happening as well. Don’t worry though, all parties have staggered start and end times so that the number of children playing at any given time is manageable and safe. And with 5500 square feet there is plenty of room for everyone to have fun in the Antz Colony.
Q. What happens if my guests are having a great time and we want to extend our party?
A. If your room is not booked you can extend your child’s party for 45 minutes for an additional fee. Please speak to your Queen Ant (party event coordinator) and she will provide you with details and availability.
Q. Can you help me make this party stress free?
A. Yes, Yes, Yes! Every party has a dedicated Queen Ant (party event coordinator) who will help you get settled in your private party room, assist with serving food, beverages, cake and even help with the gifts. When the party is over, we clean up the room for you. You can also purchase loot bags, balloons, birthday and other event cakes from us as well. We do EVERYTHING to make your child’s Antz In Your Pantz Inc. party positively perfect from beginning to end.
